and the old man in cherrygrove is fast, he zips to the next place and has to stop and wait for you to catch up lol

Yeah, the leaked Platinum rom I downloaded froze randomly at times. :<

It's kind of a shame, but mine also freezes after I finish creating a character. None of the other emus I've tried will boot the game.

Oh well, I'm just going to sit here and watch the awesome info flow in~
 
The game freezes randomly. You have to save REALLY OFTEN if you don't want to lose any data. Otherwise just wait for a patch or something... :(

I heard that it freezes after creating a character when you play it on an emu.
Its probably because they havent updated for the game yet. :\

Ah well. I got a glimpse of the game, that's awesome for me. :D
 
i also noticed when you name the thief rival you can't call him Silver as there seems to be a 5 character limit, i called him soul for now

EDIT: Just got my first black screen after a wild pokemon battle on route 29

You can name him silver, but it'll have to be in Japanese... it'd look like シルバー .

Were you on a flashcard or a rom?

I'm using a CycloDS evolution, i used english letters as i didn't know which letters were which in japanese

Lol, I don't have an emulator. But I'm waiting for the English game anyway.
I have heard some music though (lol Goldenrod).
And all I can say is: this is gonna be awesome, I can't wait.
(Well I guess I can, otherwise I would be getting it on emulator.)
I particularly like how good everything looks, especially the new sprites.
I can't wait for more news! (And music)
 
The game would be even more awesome if we could understand it! I can't wait for next year!

I was also using no$gba or whatever it's called, it'll probably freeze after you make your character. :I
 
A patch has been uploaded. Dunno if I can post it though, got it from GBAtemp. :o
