well lugias hand/wing are one part of lugia lugia doesnt have arms and wings he has a mix maybe if you made the chaos hans look like lugias it would look right but thats just my opinion

@hauntermaster well chao origanaly have wings so i figured why should chao have 2 set of wings when they can have 1 that is why the wings are on the back (I dont like to take things out)
