Yea, but the less active mods won't feel the same way, if they barley ever get on as it is you think they want to get on and have to go and make sure that everyone is donig what they are supose to be doing or do you think they would rather read all the new posts kept up on everything and talk to his/her friends?
 
Not everyone is probably wanting to have more areas.
It seems like you mods don't want to give out mod positions.
The members just wanna help.

Some of us [Alyssa for instance] don't feel ready to take on another forum.

Then think about the fact that not all members are suited to be a mod.

It makes no sense to me neither, mods only mod because they like to, whats a little more room to them?
 
A mod job is big.you have to set an example.

Have you seen the size of the Leaders page? We have a huge list of staff, do we really need to add more when some mods would be willing to take on new forums?

Arent there a good number of inactive mods though? Or some that don't want to take on another area.
 
Lets just face the facts.we need more mods,weather we want to admit it or not.
 
look at serebiis mod list,its like three pages long.
 
No, we really don't need new mods at the moment.

We have 4 S-mods, and they're doing a pretty good job. At times we may get a little over-run, but as a mian we're doing rather well.
 
We DON'T need more mods, we have some inactive mods, yes, and it is our decision if we need more mods, not yours >>

Actually, it's more of Abby, Erica, Andy, Anthony, Kayleigh, and Dakota. =/

We may not need mods, but I dont think it would hurt now would it? :P
