Or merge some areas that don't have enough activity, but for spots like anime/manga, and other roleplay needs one as well.

Really the higher staff should attend to this; I?ll put that list there. Sadly most of them are absent, but I guess we?ll make due. So much work these days.

Another admin or preator might help with that, or just get them to be more active, but the areas that are unmodded and active more then the other less active unmodded areas should be attended to first I say.

We aren't everywhere, and this way we're getting member input on what they want to see more controlled. =/

I agree with the needing a mod in Other Role Play, but the second part.... XD

You know I take rping seriously, I can handle the responsibility and follow the rule of thumb "Speak softly but carry a big stick" -theodore roosevelt

And I have a pretty fair resean why I should be the mod for the other writings and other RP. (Mainly that change was the reason for me coming back to PC in the first place, if they were split I would have stayed gone XD)

SO, just get more actibe good members to be mods, or give a higher position to mods allready?

@ the concerns we need more smods: I don't think so. Just some conditions prevent some from coming on, they all do excellent jobs. As for how this will be done, we'll probably start spreading the mods out a little thinner with this.

Kayleigh just got ungrounded, so she should be on more. Dakota can't be on much because he has school and sports IIRC. Lightning is banned atm iirc. And Anthony is a lot.

Don't most of the mods have enough areas allready? That might in the end just make them tired and either they will ask to be demodded or leave all together creating the problem of inactivity.

yeah there has been.
things need to get under a strict rule again.

and the admin thing is only if you become a community site,and praetor,you have to know your stuff in all the fields here.

Our crew is full of talent, but some of the most talented ones are restricted to one or two forums atm. =/

Yes back on subject...I'm probably so late with this reply that we're probably two pages from where I'm reading, so what is the subject? Still on how to spread the power of mods out?

Basically, yes, that's the current goal of the thread.
