Kelsey does a fine job there and I still watch over that area as much as when I was a mod, no reason for another mod there ^^

Ya, when ppl are smodded they still watch over the areas they used to mod, so we have effectively blue and kelsey in new users ^^

College and this may be a dumb idea but there could something like a Half Moderator.
 
President and VP are enough at the moment ^^; And I don't think there'd be any need for half mod. ^^;

We have alot of staff that is not dedicated to the forum.Like moonlight, she is hardly here.There is alot that could be cleaned up, but when members say this the higher staff take it as we are just trying to get rid of current mods for our own selfish reasons.

You got a point.There are some people who are active some are not.There are many people who on PC if became mods be very active.
 
Yes indeed, our new MCG mod might not even be active at all.Nothing was solved there so far.He left already.I think staff should have an absence limit.Like 3 weeks or something.
 
Digital Phoenix is the new mod and He is on everyday.I do agree with the absence limit.
 
TY's been doing a good job, so I don't know what you mean by "absent" if you mean he doesn't spend enough time online...He just had surgry on his eye so he won't be able to devote full time to the forum just yet.
 
Yes everybody know that.But I know he will be a good one.
 
I know he is a good mod. I never doubted that he wasn't.I just think that why should a mod that is not active anymore(is not saying Ty so don't think it)Still be allowed to be a mod.If you have a "job" and you're sick, hurt, personal whatever they are still gonna fire you and eplace you with someone who can be active and do it.
 
See, DSS, this isn't like real work. We have real lives, with real jobs as well, and we realize that it can happen, but modding isn't a real job. We don't get payed or anything, and we don't need to come in every day. It's a hobby.
