I never said come in everday, but the higher staff mod you based on how active, how good you are, and sometimes how popular you are.There is a cetain extent to how many times you should be on a week if you're a mod.
Moonlight hasn't been on for a while.She's my pair, she could be on i know.
Dakota just got praetored, does he know it no.But he has college starting up.
Sayuri no Hoshi, hasn't posted in close to a month.
Im not talking about the people who miss a day or two, i know people have real lives, im one of them.

Members are NEVER modded based on popularity, I don't need to be an S-Mod+ to know that.

Sayuri is on a lot, always looking, though she doesnt post a lot. She's still active. Just because you can't see them doesn't mean that they aren't online at all. Dakota, I don't know his situation, but I'm sure it's a good one, and for Moonlight, I have no idea why you'd bring your own pair up like that.
 
It doesn't really matter what i say in here.They're are just suggestions.So my suggestion was a mod absence limit.Jsut a thought, up to you.
 
Dakota has College so does Zapchu Blue and Claire.
 
Blue isnt even starting college yet so it doesnt matter o___0;; hes starting in March...

Are you sure D has college? wouldnt he have told people?
 
Yeah, him and I talk Bball all the time, or at least when he is on.He's expecting to be de-praetored due to his inactiveness.That's what he told me one time.

He won't be depreatored, I'm not starting school for another five months...I think, so activity ain't a problem XD

Well, I do hopw that you members who are ragging on the mods who aren't as active haven't been taking it too far. *cracks whip* XD j/k But seriously, we have lives just as every single normal member has here.

I, for one, may not be as active for this week until the weekend, seeing as I was out from school with a hazardous cold. XD And so, I must concentrate on my schoolwork for now. But, sorry to disappoint you that I'm not about to be demodded for it like your pointing things like this out to be. XD

I do, however, agree that mods shouldn't be out for months at a time, at least without informing the rest of the staff or something first. ^^

DSS you said anybody can be a mod depending who they have connections with but I think that wrong.
 
I'm sorry DSS, I didn't mean to make it sound like I was pointing fingers at you. I'm just reminding everyone that mods aren't robots. XD It's not like we're chained to PC's walls and can't ever have a life. XD

But, like I said, I understand that there are limits to a mod's absense. But, for all we know, maybe MoonLight went on a vacation or has real life troubles or something, that's all I'm trying to say, is that you shouldn't go creating statements about certain ideas like this.

And maybe I shouldn't jump to conclusions before nagging on people. XD
