Hey PC, I was wondering have any of you ever copied someone and gained the credit for the work? Or was it the other way round?

Both on several occasions have happened to me.

    Discuss.

In Math class last year, my class always got worksheets that had two sides of problems.
My friend and I decided to just do a side each, then copy it to each other papers.

We never got caught and it was more of a symbiotic relationship if anything. ;D

One-sided copying...I'd be neither side. It's stupid; copying doesn't help you learn. It doesn't teach you anything. I'd honestly rather get in trouble for not doing work or getting it all wrong rather than copy.

But a symbiotic copying like ^ mentioned...=) Usually, these involve boring sheets that are the same on both sides, so it's all good.

I don't have anything from the top of my head, though when I'm bored I draw a skeletal hand over the top of my normal hand? With all the bits and bobs. And my good friend copied me and then she comes to stay and smears it all over the white sheets of my bed and my wall >_>

OH an my ex uses stuff I SAY to make other girls laugh. I've seen it over FB. I'm a clown :3

And probably one of the most annoying things is my 12 year old nephew copying me and my best friends in pretty much everything we say and do, and now my nephew is dressing like my friend and listening to all my music he stole off my laptop :/ Argh.

Nothing school related but on another forum someone did plagiarize this fan fiction I was writing. She will never be forgiven.

As for me copying others, I've never done it because back in high school I was numero uno grade wise... not so much in college, though I've still never felt inclined to copy others. Yeah, I don't need to be expelled for that, thank you very much.

I don't copy anything. Plagarism is illegal and its shows how uneducated you are in my opinion. Oh wait...I don't think that's the type of copying you mean xD.

In middle school I had plenty people attempt to copy my answers to a test.

No, that has never happen to me or any of my friends.

I also mean in school to guys, if you weren't sure on that.
My teachers are getting fed up with the copy and pasting other students do, so they can get good marks in certain subjects. Escpecialy science.

I've never copied anyone. I hate people who do that!

But a few years ago, someone in my class asked me to draw a monkey for them, Then they put it in their work and said they did it.

For various reasons i didn't do anything. But it still annoys me that people would do something like that.

I used to go both ways on odd days, copying work when I was feeling especially lazy. I'd hand off homework to classmates when I happened to have finished it, or perhaps copy off Math homework from one of the complaisant top-scorers. But seeing how that wasn't getting my grades anywhere, especially in Maths.. I stopped.

Nowadays it's anybody's funeral if they decide to copy my work- I'm not going to stop them, they're responsible for themselves- but I try to stay self-sustained schoolwork-wise.

I remember in 9th grade for my Italian class I sat in between the #1 and the #2 smartest people by class rank....good times :DDD

I think everyone has cheated at one point in there life. If you haven't, bravo to you but I'm guilty of it. I don't care if people copy my homework or stuff, the only bothering thing is when someone turns around to you in the middle of a quiz/test and blatantly asks you for an answer. That just really grinds my gears...

I've been copied, but I rarely copy others. If I don't get something in Maths, I'll look at my friends answer and try and figure out how they get it before I write down an answer.
