    Here's one of my favorite forum games :)

    The idea is to compose a story. Doesn't have to make any sense whatsoever. In your post, write one sentence picking up where the last post left off, and follow that sentence by a cliffhanger for the next post to lead off from. Your sentence can be completely agnostic to the overall story, so no need to read through the entire thread. The only rule is that it has to follow from the previous post's sentence. Part of the fun is the randomness xD

    Here's an example:

    First post: It was a quiet day in Saffron City, and then out of nowhere...
    Next post: A meteor fell from the sky! While the people looked in bewilderment...

    So I'll start with a real one...

    Everyone was minding their own business, when all of a sudden...

    EDIT: It seems to be working without the cliffhanger, so cliffhanger is optional...

    Cathy came with thee for a shopping spree :3
     
    Cathy decided to buy lots of clothes and some cat food.
    (I love this game so much. So glad someone started it here.)
     
    And Dan turned around and asked Cathy if she owned a cat.
     
    They took her to a mysterious dungeon to do experiments on her because she was a real alien o:
     
    When the were done, Cathy went home and realized she wasn't able to buy the cat food!
     
    She then remembered she was latr for her appointment with Master Snugglez.
     
    Then she moves away, and trips over a homeless human.
     
    The homeless human actually turned out to be one of the aliens, and he beamed up to his spacdship and went back to Mars.
     
    And then Fern fell into some butter amd wa eaten alive by toast.
     
    The toast then teamed up with the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man and went on a rampage in Castelia City!
     
    And the Casteliacones there committed suicide in the sea.
     
    Then Kyogre rose from the sea and revived them all, turning them into super powerful fights to fight off the toast and the Marshmallow Man.
     
    Then Groudon awoke too, and made Reversal Mountain and Twist Mountain erupt!
     
    And then Rayquaza came and put Kyogre and Groudon back in their cages and super powers ratatas to attack everything l.
     
    Since Rayquaza was so pissed off about having to deal with Groudon's and Kyogre's shenanigans, he banished them to the distortion world to have to live with Cyrus and Giratina, and they floated away. After a while Cyrus found a way out and opened a business selling boarding tickets to Sweden that were actually radioactive ice cream cone wrappers, causing the city's nuclear sirens to go off whenever they went outside. As a result, the CIA neutralized them and Cyrus ended up doing what Leonardo DiCaprio did in Catch Me If You Can and worked for the man as redemption for selling the atomically charged stickers. And he's really good at what he does.
     
    But it wasn't all it was made out to be. Cyrus sits in a cubicle, pushing pencils and stamping forms. Surely there has to be life beyond this office. He'd signed away his freedom for his life, but is this the life he was looking for?
