Though I am really finding it hard to see lugia in a dopey way ANY way. its wings are totally fine imo. The wings are just how it wings look like... well, it's your opinion anyways.

In that sense, I think the likes of gloom, unown, azurill, registeel, purugly, uxie, palkia, garbodor, oshawott, emolga (especially the latter 2 being vastly overrated) are stupid too. *gets mobbed by oshawott fans :nervous:*

I hate Garbodor too along with Stunfisk, Unown and Magikarp

Purugly is so strong, why call her dopey?
 
None of those are dumb, but, I know an angry mob will murder me for this, but Lugia I think is stupid.

Reasons:

- Fat fat fat, it is full of fat.
- It has 5 weaknesses, Ho-Oh only has 3, and Ho-Oh can learn the following: Punishment, Shadow Ball, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Charge Beam, Ancientpower, and Ominous wind, Ho-Oh can nail all its weaknesses besides ice, while Lugia can get Ho-Oh's weak pints, Lugia has a more narrow movepool.
- If you really put Ho-Oh and Lugia on a page your eyes might flit straight to Ho-Oh, Ho-Oh has really better colors, while Lugia does not.
- Heartgold exclusives PWN Soulsilver exclusives.

Let's slow down a moment - sure it's clear you prefer Ho Oh and that's all fine and dandy - each to their own after all. However... none of these make Lugia itself stupid - it's just mostly its typing and what looks coolr to you which is fairly subjective. =p

Let's not forget too that one of Ho-oh's weaknesses is a 4x one to Rock. As for the fact Ho-oh learns those moves and can hence 'beat it' and while Lugia can but has a more narrow movepool - I'd say Lugia's movepool is more than varied enough with its moveset options for itself tbh - not really making it stupid. Sure, if it had only 20 or so moves then there might be a point there - and in fact upon looking if anything Lugia has about the same - if not more - learnable moves than Ho-oh so I'm not sure where you got that point from.

IMO Slowpoke has the classic derp look imo, as does Quagsire with that smile of his.

Aw, but Lugia's colors come from its origins in the Shinto religion.

My non-joke answer would have to be Slowpoke. It's the Dopey Pokemon, and the one that a lot of people think of when they need a Pokemon to be the punchline to "here's a stupid Pokemon" jokes.

Haha Bidoof is a buck toothed jobber, he never leaves me alone either! I cannot get away from him.... He literally came in like 10 booster packs of cards in a row and appears way too much in D/P as well as Black he is so I will be biased and say he is the dopiest and stupidest for not knowing how to leave me alone... xD

Actually, Osha IS overrated. In fact, all starters are overrated [except for Meganium] Charizard Smugleaf Oshawott Infernape Blaziken Typhlosion

Pikachu is kinda stupid, especially Ash's >D.

Throh and Sawk are stupid and ugly :p. I hate them.
 
Bibarel, Porygon, Trubbish, Metapod, Bidoof, Purugly and a loooooot more. They all look a bit stupid. No offense. :P

Stunfisk and Magikarp are awesome. >u<; And also Feebas, because it evolves into Milotic, one of my favorite Pokémon~ >u<
 
Dumbest looking Pokemon is obviously Pikachu with that vacant, creepy smile.

Bidoof, Bibarel, Trubbish, and any Pokemon that sticks its tongue out (Lickitung line, Shellder, Gligar, etc.) are dishonorable mentions.

Not all Pokemon are created equal. There are no anti-discriminatory Pokemon clause..."I will give every Pokemon an equal opportunity at a spot on my team, regardless of species, gender, ability, or dopeyness".

Gulpin's dex entry notes that it has a tiny brain because most of its body is its stomach. :x I think it's pretty dopey in that case.
 
Bidoof and Bibarel. Both of them look so dang derpy it isn't even funny. Yet I find Stunfisk and Sawk oddly cute. I must be weird.
 
Stupid as in "I hate their existence" then dunsparse. Weezing is actualy a nice tank in the games. However if you mean physicaly stupid then psyduck.
 
Bidoof and Bibarel will always win this battle no matter what. Their teeth tells the whole story. Me just looking or even hearing one makes my IQ drop
