Suggestions/Problems and More ~ Gotta Look!

1) I think some new Forums would be good for PC. These are
(i)Internet Discussion -- This can be a forum where all members can chat about The net in particular, Websites for almost everything
(Except ofcourse ROMS,Warez,etc), about Browsers, Connections, Email and stuff related to the net and WWW.
(ii)An adult RP forum - this has been discussed before.There is popular demand for it and it can be sub-forum to T-dome or
Other RP.

2) Now that DADragonz is a Community site who's gonna be the poor guy who changes all layouts. Cause there's not much space in some layouts!

3)While viewing PC without images, sigs & avatars - the reputations are not sure,therefore the equivalent words are shown, but the same words are shown over 10 times and this is annoying.

4)About MOTM, can someone more enthusiastic take charge like Eliana or DFDragonz(though she's an admin now) and come up with innovative voting topics like "Most Mature member", "Most Sarcastic member", "Most innovative username", "Member with best english", "Member who spams a lot" and so on which are a bit humourous but at the same time make the members arise, look at them and bring the interest from within them to vote.

5)Changing Usernames - I think in this case the rule for not changing usernames should apply to all members and not only ordianry members.I mean it's not fair that a mod alone can change his/her UN.(Very very Very sorry Alex,just wanted to ask this.Forgive me)Even Upper mods like andy,when he became Andrea-chan, he created a new ID!I'm just saying this from the perspective of a member cause a lotta members have lost their posts,rep and more cause of this!

6)How about if we can have attachments in PM...And there can be a limit though like 1MB or even less and it accepts only Zip files.This'll be a great help to members who want to exchange small files!

7)Last but not the least...How about Giving Creative names to some Forums..Like instead of just "Other Entertainment" -- "Entertainment Zone" and instead of OC "Members Chat Corner" and so on.[/FONT][/SIZE][/color]

Most of the time, whoever made the layouts. IIRC, VRoad/Zapchu still need to be added to a couple. ~_~

We don't do flamish categories, like Spamiest Member. And there's already a thread on this kinda thing.

You gotta think when you sign up. If you make some random name that you don't like later on, poor you. If you want to start over that bad... then start over. As for Andy, that account became his "back-up" one - it's a normal member, so he can test stuff.

Nope. Too easily abused. I can just imagine pr0n spammers showing up and sending the poor kids pr0n attachments.

IIRC, there are actually bots that do that.

If you noticed, I did make a new name, and it was Alexiz, just to make it clear, and when I asked Satoshi to demod DAC and mod my new one on MSN, he just merged them together, so practicly I didn't change a name. It was just merged with my new one.

1) As said, we have those sections
2) One layout has been changed, and the others will be changed over time -thats more an issue for me to worry about than the forum ^^;
3) I...really don't know what you mean about reputation and the same words ^^;
4) People ask to do the MOTM and the months are booked in advance. In January i believe it is Jolteon!!! so it will be up to him to create new categories. I may, however, see if anyone else can tally up last months results, since it's already the 13th and still no results.
5) It does happen only extremely rarely among staff. As Alex said, his was an exception because the new account didnt work so it had to be merged. I'm relatively neutral about higher staff changing their names (they do work hard around here, so an odd bonus here and there doesnt hurt) although i know i wouldn't be interested.
6) As said, the system can be abused, not just with indecent material, but with zipped viruses.
7) The problem with renaming is that it won't be so clear. For example, changing Other Entertainment to Entertainment Zone sounds as though pokemon can still be posted there. Changing OC to Member Chat Corner will probably encourage spam since it doesnt specify that it's just an area to talk about topics other than pokemon and other entertainment etc.

We appreciate your feedback though ^^ it's just that a lot of the changes, although they have good intentions, may be abused, or have already been dealt with.

And What I meant about that rep thing is that..
When you look at PC without Images,Avy's And sigs...The Rep Blocks wont be shown right.Threrefore instead of them the words are shown..
For eg:"DFDragonz has a very good Present and Future".Get me.But the same words are shown about 10-12 times and this is very annoying.

I don't see why internet stuff can't be talked about in the computer forum. It is after all about the computer.
And I still like the idea of the RP forum.

Like DF said it will be changed over time. It took forever to get The-Apcc off of the layouts. Everything can't be changed real quick (all them Community site buttons have to be remade if the font is not known).

The MOTM is totally up to the one doing it. If you want that stuff added then you should talk to the ones that is doing it.

Well, I switched mine off from time to time, and they still work fine and I never see those thinks appearing 10 times. Must be the connection you have or maybe the layout you use.

Well I'm all for the idea as long as some of the stuff don't go too far with it (and most likely Rachel would be Modded if it was started I think she said she will draw up some rules without all the sex stuff in that forum if she was a Mod there).
