I'm thinking it would be a place. It can't be Meteor Falls even tho it fits. Not great marsh... No cave due to it being 5 letters rather than 4, but there's only one A and it's in the second spot of the second half. So this is tricky... hmmm... has me pressing on my dimple lol

Correct. Restricted this move to a handful of Pokemon. Expanded it little by little over the generations. Oddly gave it to Wormadam in Generation 7, despite being transfer-only that generation. Already existed on Mothim, to be fair. Switched it from level 50 to upon evolving for Mothim during that same generation. Could be related.
Allows you to create the next puzzle.
