I got no idea what it is, unless it's literally referring to when Diamond/Pearl were revealed, but is it:

Correct. Comes from Pokemon Picross. Reveals random tiles on the board in a diamond shape (more of a + shape in the small puzzles). Gave this power to Fairy-type Pokemon.

Might be especially good against Coalossal. Uses Ancient Power against allies. Generates a lot of boosts. Kept Cinderace at bay solo until the buff clear too.
