Dara was on her couch, lazily trying to beat the Forest Temple in her Twilight Princess game. She had become quite aggravated since she could not locate the final monkey. Groaning, she threw her head back onto the pillow. "This game is so frustrating..." She murmured. It was the first temple, and she was already having trouble. Raising an eyebrow, she tried to think of which way to go. This game was frustrating, but yet she loved it. Dreamily, she watched Link run around. She wished that she could meet Link, to actually get to know the characters of her beloved game. In her daydream, she had managed to wander through the right stone door to where the monkey she was seeking was located.
"Hey.." She whispered, noticing she had located the final monkey.
Tearfully, she jumped up and down on the couch. She was finally going to get to challenge the first temple boss, and she was ready and willing. With a serious look, she moved Link to the monkey, had Midna talk to it, and had Link leave the room. As soon as she was out, her game froze.
"Y-You're joking.." She cried.
Furious, she pressed reset on her Wii, but nothing was happening. Again, she tried, but to her dismay, nothing happened. Her eyes then caught site of something peculiar. Falling to her knees, she stared at the television screen. To her amazement, there stood Ike, a character that had no relation to the Zelda series, speaking. Beside him stood Princess Zelda and Princess Peach. She had to take a double take. There was no way Zelda could be there. And even weirder, Ike and Princess Peach were beside her!
"P-Princess Peach? Ike? Princess Zelda? W-What are you guys doing here?!"
Dara did not find it strange she was talking to her television. In fact, she was more amazed to see the characters, than anything. And to her surprise, they began to speak to her. Swallowing hard, she listened to what they had to say.
"Y-You need me? But why? I'm not hero or a princess. I couldn't fight if I tried! Look! I have no muscles!" Whether or not they could understand her, Dara did not care. In an effort to prove her point, she pressed her arm onto the television to show her lack of muscles.
