TCG Playmat Character Identification

Hello! My son just got 2 new Pokemon TCG playmats / Deskmats. I can't say that I approve of the (uhm) art direction of the second. But, I don't even recognize either of the female characters. There are so many characters in Pokemon, that I've lost tracked. Does anyone know who either of these female characters are?

Recognizes the first one: Lucina from Fire Emblem: Awakening (released in 2012). Re-appears in some spinoffs and the new Engage game too. Never appears in any Pokemon game.

Cannot say who the second one is. Guesses not Pokemon, even if you assume artistic license.

Thank you Devalue! I appreciate you responding. So weird that they combined series so randomly, I've never played Fire Emblem so glad I asked, that would have never made the guess list.
