232534. To be fair, that's close to the norm in American politics. I mean, you have to go back to Ronald Reagan to find a president who didn't attend either Yale or Harvard, and even with him, he still attended a private university. Jimmy Carter was the last president to not attend a private university, and Harry S. Truman was the last president to not have any post-secondary education at all, and that's just because he couldn't pass the eye exams to get into one of the US military's officer academies.
