Well all since you only get 3 pokemon to use in ranked i keep tyranitar and dragonite in my team for physical attacks with all physical moves. I initially send out smeargol first with a focus band and try and get a belly drum off. Then pass it to umbreon and get a few curses and then pass it to whoever i choose from dragonite or tyranitar. I could consider remapping my whole teamand putting entirely different pokes in but what would you guys recommend? Give me some pokemon with sets to run and i'll try my best to copy that
I also have a ferrothorn with spikes for a trap setter too but i'm also looking at other strategies
This strategy seems to take too much time to work effectively. Curse is also a pretty bad move to Baton Pass, IMO, as the Speed drop is detrimental. Belly Drum also maximizes the user's Attack, meaning that the Attack boost from Curse is useless.
If you want your Pokemon to hit hard and fast, just use a Shell Smash user, like Gorebyss. While the offensive boosts aren't as great as Belly Drum, the Speed boost that comes with that makes it better than Curse. If 2/3rds of your team is comprised of pure Baton Pass support, and if your main Pokemon happens to go down, the entire team will fall apart later on, as Smeargle and Umbreon are passive to the extreme.
Tyranitar and Dragonite shouldn't be on the same team, even in Battle Spot formats, as Dragonite has the Multiscale ability, which only works when the user is at full health. Tyranitar's Sand Stream renders that useless, as Dragonite isn't immune to the damaging effects of sandstorm.
Anyway, potential sets for each team member:
Smeargle:
-Spore/Dark Void
-Shell Smash (more reliable than Belly Drum, as it doesn't cut into survivability)
-Baton Pass
-Magic Coat
Nature: Timid
EVs: 96 HP/120 Def/40 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Focus Sash
Ability: Own Tempo
Dragonite (I hope you realize that it gets an Attack-boosting move in Dragon Dance):
-Dragon Dance
-Outrage/Dragon Claw
-Extreme Speed
-Fire Punch/Earthquake
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Leftovers/Lum Berry
Ability: Multiscale
In Battle Spot formats, use Mega Salamence instead, as its ability isn't rendered useless by Tyranitar's sandstorm:
-Dragon Dance
-Return
-Earthquake
-Fire Blast/Draco Meteor/Outrage/Substitute
Nature: Naive/Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Salamencite
Ability: Intimidate
Tyranitar:
-Stone Edge
-Crunch/Ice Punch
-Pursuit
-Superpower/Earthquake
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Choice Scarf
Ability: Sand Stream

Umbreon is outclassed by Sylveon because the latter has more offensive presence in Pixilate Hyper Voices. It also synergizes well with Tyranitar:

-Protect
-Hyper Voice
-Heal Bell/Toxic
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP/220 Def/36 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Pixilate
or
-Hyper Voice

-Hidden Power (Ground/Fire)/Shadow Ball
-Baton Pass/Sleep Talk/Hyper Beam
Nature: Modest

or
-Calm Mind
-Hyper Voice
-Rest
-Sleep Talk/Hidden Power (Ground)/Shadow Ball
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
Item: Chesto Berry
Ability: Pixilate
Mismagius is outclassed by Gengar because the latter is stronger and faster; it also has more utility options. Take note that you can get away with 2 Mega Evolutions on the same team in Battle Spot, as you can pick one depending on the team you're up against:
-Shadow Ball/Hex
-Sludge Bomb/Focus Blast
-Will-o-Wisp/Taunt
-Destiny Bond
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Gengarite
