5th Gen Team Plasma Discussion

Their costumes are a real sour point for me. They suck in a big way, and yet I'm absolutely fascinated with them for some reason. I think the lack of swords is what's getting me. They look so incomplete without the weapons of a true knight.
 
I wanted a high-tech team as well, because plasma could be something to do with technology, but they made them medieval D:

I know that the Masons still exist openly, but they are as secret with their rituals as the Templar Knights were, it's said it's because they don't want to spoil the surprise you get when becoming a new 'rank'. I still think the Masons are related to the Templar's..
If I were you, I'd become one even though I'm not a christian. That's just because I want to know what they do..

In my opinion they look like crap. I would rather have Team Rocket come back again :/

The evil teams have gradually got worse in my opinion, I didn't think they could get any worse than Team "Bug types are threatening" Galactic, but I guess I was wrong.
Let me guess, Team Plasma is gonna try and awaken the mascot legend in order to use its power to fulfill their goals, yawn...
 
Their outfits look a bit plain to me, but I don't really care, they look decent :D
 
They look fine to me, but I was expecting Team Rocket to come back, because we all know that after Team Rocket, evil teams went downhill. Oh well, let's hope that these fools atleast have a good storyline.

Yeah that image is from the newest video and there were also images of Plasma in those leaked images earlier yesterday. Anyway, if they are trying to set Pokemon free from humans, how will we battle them if they don't use Pokemon?

They are using Pokemon to "save" your Pokemon apparently.
 
I'm thinking N, that mysterious trainer who wants to separate humans from Pokémon, is either part of Team Plasma, has been part of it, or is somehow related to Team Plasma's leader, because he has a similar goal. They both have the same colour hair, too xD;

I can easily see this "saving Pokemon" business as an excuse to use Pokemon for their own purposes, like Team Rocket. It would be interesting to have them seem idealistic, but be openly hypocritical on the inside of the operation, unlike the past few teams who were actually naive enough to believe the crazy things they were saying.

Hmm... Maybe N hears about them and is inspired to help, until he finds out what is really going on...

I think Team Plasma has a lot of potential plot-wise.
 
Oh god I hate that design. Sorry, I just do. The only ones I liked were Team Magma's hoodies, and even they look stupid.
 
Well if you look at the Serebii new Pokemon data, Reshiram and Zekrom are dubbed "The White Yang Pokemon" and "The Black Yin Pokemon."
Since EVERYONE knows NOBODY ****s with Yin/Yang, I think its safe to say that N or Team Plasma or both probably will.
Just look at what the past generations have brought:
Land/Water?
Space/Time?
For shame, Gamefreak.
Bring something besides the balance of power into the equation.
We got the moral of the story from the other 2 generations.
You're making a huge brand-spanking new Dex of Pokemon,
A faraway new region,
A more technologically advanced region,
WHY does the story look predictable?!
