    Run Away/ Guts just like Raticate? maybe intimidate.
    The stats are better than raticate because otherwise he is kinda useless, he still is, but atleast the speed looks great. Make sure he learns ExtreemeSpeed/Super Fang/Reversal so he is not just trash like his fella Raticate :P.

    There, its sightly weaker than rattata because rattata evolves at level 20 and this at 16, but then the difference its not that big and its more fair (rattata somehow is kinda good at early levels).

    Ja, make more stats.

    Ok will work on it, btw, quick suggestion, attacks like, Luster Surge, Mist Ball, Doom Desire, Phycho Boost can be changed in order to make new moves, for example, Doom Desire a already steel move that jirachi only knows, can be perfectly Iron Head, just change the power and the effect and name and thats it.

    Types that need attacks: Steel, Flying, Rock(yeah rock slide sucks unless you pump its power), and maybe grass(leaf blade is weak and so is solar beam, maybe pump their power a bit).

    No, I assigned you, countryemo, to do the map.

    Your skills are different.
    Countryemo, do the map.

    See how the shading is from the top left corner in the World Map?
    Keep it that way.
    Don't use the flip tool for making the town in that shape.
    It messes up the shading.

    Well, your maps are pretty plain, and it would be a bore to just see one type of tile when playing.

    And I don't really need a Sprite Indexer right now, it's an easy job.
