Teen Titans Understudy 2

"There's no reason you can't use it to learn to control your othe forms better. Carnivores didn't have a total monopoly on the prehistoric world." I said, leaning back in my chair for a moment. "And I know ho you feel, I'm a villan as well, and I have more than enough power to back myself up, even against the titans." I said, not really thinking about what I said.

<.... coming from the person what clearly showerd weakness after only going up 2 flights of stairs when I can morph and get up the stairs without even breathing hard.> I said, tilting my head. I flapped off him, to the carpet, as I prepared to morph again. I was going to teach him a thing or two about carnivores...

"You seem to forget about that bashing you got." I said, standing up, though with some difficulty. "Turn to human, and I'll show you what I can do." I said, in a calm tone. "Don't worry, I'm not going to harm you, just a simple demonstration." I said, in a reasurring tone. If she didn't, if she tried to attack me, I'd have to show her the hard way, and I didn't want to do that.

I chirped slightly, though I morphed human. I felt the loss of thought speech, but I didn't say anything. I didn't talk unless I could talk with my mind, or if I had to. I stayed silent, curious as to what he ment by "a demonstration" I was cautious, and ready to morph if for any reason I needed to..

My hair flew up as the energy crackled through me, causing me to shift into the form I had been in when I fought her. Muscles bulged under myjacket, and I twirled the staff through the air at a speed which made it whistle loudly. I moved closer to her, and said "That's not all I can do." As I placed my hand on her shoulder. It was only enough energy to last her for about half a minute, but during that time, she'd match what my unconscious saw at this point as the image of her as perfect. which looked a little older, but mostly, she looked a good deal more 'mature' as well as two large black wings, which had feathers like an angels appeared on her back, and she would to feel the energy and power of perfection running through her, but I wasn't certain if she could stop the effect if it was being used on her or not.

"Nice." I said, glancing at my wings. I was a bit suprised, but I didn't show it. I never showed my emotions around others, particurally not him. I was considering morphing again to see if the effects stayed, but I decided not to, instead watching to see if he had anything else planned...

"I thought so myself." I said, nodding as I tossed my staff to the side, though it was difficult for me to take my eyes off of some of her now, especially some of what had been changed. I stepped forward, and swept her off her feet, easily lifting her off of the ground, not even slightly exerted. "What was that you were saying about weakness?" I asked, though it was in a joking tone, not a threatening one.

I was unaccustomed to being picked up, and his stare was enough to unnerve me, and withen moments he had a struggling raptor in his arms, only about 9 feet long, a near-mature Deinonychus. I writhled in his grip, knowing that if my feet hit him, either I'd crush his skeleton, or I'd be able to propel myself away from him easily...

Her feet hit me, but I didn't so much as flinch from the impact. I set her down softly after the recoil from the kick was gone, and said "I'm sorry if I disturbed you, but I did give a demonstration." I said, no guilt in my tone of voice, as I picked up my staff, my body returning to it's nomal state.

OOC: I am not the proper person to ask that...

IC: <Apparently. Now, obviously, you're a villan, right? and I am too, right? So maybe we can work as a team, you look like you could cover my weaknesses. particurally the fact that if anyone sees a dinosaur, they can figure it's me, but since I work alone, if you're around, they will be stunned clueless. Maybe even to the point where they'll assume you're one of the Teen Titans.> I said, thinking quickly. this guy's no match for me, but with the Teen titans around, I can't run the risk of being identified, otherwise I can be tracked down...

Ooc: Omega, you can be anyones apprentice.

Ic: "I'm not leaving." Blackwolf said following the strange person. "I came here for that exact reason. The city could be in our control and I could kill Saphira." It was all he wanted now. Saphira used to be Slade's apprentice. She got to do every single mission while he only got to sit and watch. Then, she betrayed him. Blackwolf couldn't forgive her for that.

"Let me...taste...her first, then you can have at her" I replied, ginning. This was one guy who went with my style. I stepped forward to the cell door. Instead of using my handprint as a successful ID to open it, I simply rammed my fist through the panel and removed the locking mechanism. The door slid open silently, giving us a view into the darkened chambers within.

"Fine, have her. But then I get to kill her." Blackwolf said, shrugging. Hatred flashed through his eyes for an instant, but went away as soon as the door was down. Someone was there in the dark, watching both of them. Blackwolf hadn't seen Slade in years.

Saphira sat down on the couch, starting on a new book. She was bored. With everyone gone, there was nothing to do. "Ow!" She felt her hand suddently sting, and looked at her palm. The cresant moon-shape scar on it was back. Slade was back.

"You're suggesting a partnership?" I asked, leaning on my staff slightly. "I can certainly see the use in it, I could always use someone to cover for me during the few times when I'm not at my best, so why not?" I asked, wondering if I should hold out my hand to a carnivorous dinosaur.

<Good. Normally when alone I stay with things such as robbing jewlrey stores- don't blame me, I'm female, I can't resist- so we should start with that. Or the museum to see if we can beat the added security. I want to make sure we can actually work together before trying for anything more.> I said, morphing again. In the place of my raptor form was a smaller dinosaur, with two crests on its head that looked like half of a dinner plate, and a hidden frill. This was a dinosaur that only existed in genetic studies, but nonetheless, it was a dinosaur. Dilophosaurus.

"I see" I replied, stepping into the room. Slade stood. I could see him perfectly with a slight alteration. Stepping in front of him, I knelt and said "Master." He kicked me viciously in the ribs, saying "You betrayed me." I nodded my asent to his statement and replied "I'll make it up to you, Master." He motioned for me to rise, saying "Good, good. I have a little test, for you, though, to prove your loyalty. Kill the one you failed to before. Kill Eclipse." I nodded my assent.

Saphira jumped to her feet ignoring the pain in her arm. She had to tell someone, fast. Really fast. He couldn't come back, not now...

Blackwolf walked in after the the strange boy, bowing also. He then rose, listening to Chaos's mission. "You," Slade started, glaring at him, "are to bring Saphira to me. Alive." Blackwolf managed to keep his face blank, although he really wanted to kill her hiself.

Oh man... Saphira was running through the street. She had to find someone. Jared was gone, Robin was gone, Starfire was gone.... Where were they?!

"Certainly." I said graciously, walking to the store. "Any preference, it's all rather the same to me." I explained, as I unlocked the door with one hand, opening it as I held myself up with my walking stick in the other hand. "I'm somewhat new here though, and I don't have much intrest in museums or jewlery stores." I explained, noting her form. "Dilophosaurus, right?"

"Saphira," the sound echoed back to me through these deserted hallways of the titan tower. Chaos, I yelled with fear and anticipation. The sound of the air-conditioner was the only responce I got. When I came to a large window looking out over the bay, I gasped in horror at the sight below me. As I rapidly began my way down to the waters edge a million thuoghts ran through my confused mind.
