Well, we have a severe lack of English education, so we get everything dubbed because otherwise 90% of the people wouldn't understand any movie/series/book/game made abroad, and in turn that makes people lazier because why learn other languages when someone from that 10% will translate everything for you.

Although I have to admit that I always thought that Magno and Aquiles were punnier and more appropriate names than Maxie and Archie.
