Anyone here a Bring Me The Horizon fan? I used to think they were ok, but recently with their new album That's The Spirit, I've fallen madly in love with them.
If you are a fan, what did you think of That's The Spirit? It's the best album of 2015 in my opinion.

I really do like this new direction from Bring Me The Horizon that they showed on this album. Sure, not everyone liked it (and the fact there's now less screaming from Oli) but it's definitely more accessible and good progression.

I liked all the tracks, but notable highlights included Throne and True Friends. And the fact tons of UK bands this year impressed me in regards to new albums was a good thing, and this was definitely one of them.

To me the 3 most notable songs on the album were Avalanche, Follow You, and Oh No (Oh No is my favorite off the album, and favorite song in general currently)
I personally prefer this new direction from BMTH. This is my favorite album from them, my favorite album of 2015, and third favorite album of all time. I wasn't the biggest fan before this album, but I can not stress how much I love this album. I love this album more than myself.
I would order the songs like this in terms of best song:

    1. Oh No
    2. Follow You
    3. Avalanche
    4. Run
    5. Blasphemy
    6. True Friends
    7. Throne
    8. Happy Song
    9. Drown
    10. Doomed
    11. What You Need
What You Need I felt was the most lackluster on the album, although I still love it. It just wasn't as catchy as the others and didn't appeal to me as much.

I don't know how I didn't notice this post earlier.

I think BMTH's accessible sound reaches its peak on this album. There Is a Hell... and Sempiternal were already great albums for me and usually I would not go near this sort of music to be honest. I think at this point they no longer even sound like a metal band which probably annoys their original fans, but I like the music they are making and credit them for going out of their zone. Follow You and Drown are probably my favourite tracks on the album.

I think the album was great, I like how they've been progressing. I was also a big fan of Sempiternal and like a few songs of TIAH. I think my favorite thing about this album is that it's less screaming and generic breakdowns, I like melodic vocals to accompany singing and definitely love the musicianship on the album.

I listened to Drown a few months ago, never hearing of Bring me the Horizon before, and I've begun to explore their music, and I really like it. I need to listen to more songs on the album, but for now I'm exploring their earlier works like It Never Ends and Can You Feel my Heart, but I think I'll take a look at the album again. So far, Drown seems to stand out to me, but I really like their music. Some good stuff.

Check outAlligator Blood off of There's A Hell, I've Seen It. There's A Heaven, Let's Keep It A Secret, and Pray For Plaguesoff of Count Your Blessings. Two of my favorites from them.

I heard these guys at Warped Tour back in 2013, the first year that I went. I'm not a huge fan of them but I had some friends I went with that loved them. Haven't heard any of their newer stuff but if it's anything like their older stuff (Suicide Season) then I'll listen to it. I used to love their type of music but not as much anymore now that I'm a little older, unless I'm like pissed off or on a run or something.
