Umm...buy it a box of chocolates? Sorry, that sounded like a "your girlfriend is having issues and it's you" kind of deal lol. Although...chocolate is deadly to dogs, and Absol is fairly canine-esque, so that would probably be a bad idea. Me thinking like that is probably why my Absol would be miserable in the first place.

Erm...this brings me to two new topics:

What exactly would an Absol enjoy doing?

What exactly is Absol? Dog? Lion? Frog-monkey in disguise?

It seems like a wolf to me,its personality.

What is the origin of Absol's name?

I'm going to go out on a limb and say it's a tweak of the word "abysmal," which means "extremely or hopelessly bad or severe."

That's all I can come up with right now -_-'

What is the origin of Absol's name?

i don't really know,but something related to a kind of disaster.
 
Absol's name may be derived from 物騒 bussō, dangerous, but much debate exists over the true origin of its name. One common theory is that it is a combination of ab-, a prefix meaning away/from, and sol, meaning sun. This could imply that Absol is away from the sun, reinforcing its Dark-type nature. It could also be a shortened form of "absolute", referring to the absolute nature of its species, disaster.
