The meager fruits of my labor for the past 2 days >.< That last Sassy Eevee though, it confuses me. It was supposed to be Bold because it was a Synchonize frame, but it stayed Sassy instead of turning Bold, any advice or help?

It should be a 100% chance when you RNG it from what I understand, so that's what confuses me.

fisrt i would like to say i'm happy to see the new versionn of the thread i know it's late but xDD
i'm trying to abuse my ID/SID for black 2 in the couple days and ive succedded but i have a few questions
1- do i need to get my shiny starter the same seed i used to get my ID/SID at the panadora box cuz ive lost the seed or i can just update my RNG reporter's profile with the new ids ive got and just look for a new seed?
2- whats the method for abusing the starter pokemon cuz some says its gift pokemon and some says its wild pokemon 'm confused here so can you tell me?
3- if i abused my IDs and got my shiny starter do i need to redo my parameters all over again or just keep my old profile if no then like i said before do i need to update my ids in the profile
4- does this id that i abused is gonna make me get flawless shiny seeds more easily?
sorry for the noob questions but i'm still learning and i dont want to make any mistakes :p

1. I'm not exactly sure what you're asking but I think you can look for a new seed as long as it also gives you what you want.

2. Starter Pokemon abuse should be Gift Pokemon if I recall correctly.

3. Your parameters will stay the same as long as you're using the same game with the same DS.

4. I can't answer that question. really the only way to find out is to go search for Flawless Shiny seeds, assuming you're talking about Capture of course.

you see this place i think it's called the outer area yes? anyway if i tried to rng here do i need to take a note about the npcs in the city or not because this is considered as a new area?

1. As long as a little title appears telling you where you've gone, it'll be a new area. As such I don't think you need to take NPCs from the city itself into account.
2. Actually the encounter table for W2 isn't complete as no one has put in any location names yet. If you want to figure out what encounter slots to use, I suggest going to Serebii and finding out which Pokemon are available where you want to RNG and try to match up the available Pokemon with a row of slots on the table.

(Sorry if that was confusing >.<)
