Today I was thinking of Gotta Catch Ya Later when Misty found out she had to go home, Ash was "okay" with it and Misty got upset.
I think Ash knew that if they didn't make a big deal of Misty leaving, it wouldn't be much of a big deal and he tried to look on the bright side of things. I bet he did that because he cared about Misty. I bet he knows he loves Misty but takes it differently.

Crystal Clair, that was a really nice mini-analysis...Ash sure is difficult to understand sometimes. :nervous: I admire how Ash can let his Pokemon (e.g Butterfree, Charizard) and friends go and still be optimistic for them and himself. mistywishmaker's right about Ash being dense. ^__^ He seems so simple-minded...but at the same time, he keeps us wondering about what he's thinking.
 
Ash would probably turn "O_O" faced if he saw Misty with someone else. So would I anyway.

Hey all, who remembers me? I'm rejoining this club and restarting my Shipper's Site to a Pokeshippers Only site =] . Uh, and can I be the Co-Owner again, like I was before when I was here?
 
It's going to take sometime to get my new story up to the point where my original story was before it got deleted off the C Drive... so far i have gotten to the new part where Ash's mother shows Ash a newspaper clipping of a job which is the same one as Misty does
 
O_O You're writing a Pokeshipping Fanfic? Well, I like that twist there, don't give out so much, you're gonna spoil your own story =P
 
Sorry about that LanceLite and MaxMan i am just so happy to be back online after 2 weeks without internet connection.... like in my previous post i am still asking for fellow pokeshippers to help me rebuild my story with their own ideas in which i can fit into the story line... i can assure you i am not nagging :D

I know! I was totally thinking that when I watched it. Ash knew himself that Misty loved him, and he loves her back, and that they'll be together again. Gosh, I just loved that episode! *teardrop*

Its okay, don't give out too much aright? Meh.. you should try and finish the story on your own, or else everyone will know anyway what's in it, because you added in all the parts the suggested, and saw what others suggested. Very complicated, no?

I've not seen that episode, but I think its just one episode which is not Pokeshippy supportive. For one reason, Ash was only "okay" when Misty had to leave, even though she did put up an uproar of it. But yeah, crying is good. That's a good sign.
LOL, Ash and Misty, they're anime characters, and Pokemon is one anime that does not have much of a deeper sense in it. I don't think what we're speculating here is really what happened... if you know what I mean.
 
^I think it was, too! :D There was no better romantic anime episode in the world than "Gotta Catch Ya Later!"
 
Eh.. try watching Teen Titans in the one with BeastBoy and Terra ^_~

I don't know though, Gotta Catch Ya Later seemed kinda like a final farewell from Misty to me though o__o;

By the way, is Misty back in the gang in Kanto now? Where Ash and the gang are heading through the Battle Frontiers? She has a new baby Azurill to replace Togepi though.

Err, for three episodes only, though. It was nice to see her with the group again, but she left again for duties in the Cerulean Gym.

In Gotta Catch Ya Later, I also felt it was kind of a final farewell for Misty, but when she gave him that handkerchief, and that the writers never had Ash give it back, it meant that they could never get rid of Misty permenantly. :)
 
WHA... WHAT? Handkerchief? WHAT?!?!?!?!?! How come I didn't know that?

Yes, that just proves it, Misty is DEFINATELY coming back anyway. =] Now I'm sure, that in future episodes, Pokeshipping will and definately exists!
 
Yeah, looks like the animators/story writers won't kill us Pokeshippers. Then again, May is a weird girl, she might persuade the writers into ... *thinks and dies instantly*

I highly doubt that the animators & story writers will get rid of us pokeshippers that easily as pokeshipping has been around alot longer than these other shippings such as advanceshipping... if they (the writers& animators) want us pokeshippers to get off their backs they should get of their backsides for a change and put Misty back in the show as a permanent cast member rather than a special episode cast member

I know!! The episode made such a big deal about it...no wonder so many people reckon she's not ever gonna come back. :(

It would be SO cute if Ash took out Misty's handkerchief to wipe his sweat! :P I mean, it's more romantic than wiping Taillow's beak, right?
 
Eh, if wiping Taillow's beak would be romantic, I'd do it all the time ^_~ . Uh, and Ash wouldn't use it to wipe his sweat ever, 'cause, that's like, in guys rules, NEVER WIPE SWEAT WITH YOUR GIRL'S HANKY!

I can't see the picture mistywishmaker... =(
