Personally, I'd go for a variant on the "Spartans, what is your occupation?" line from 300: "Cubed Brigadiers, what is your occupation?" (This is where the three grunts/sounds/chantings occur; someone who has seen the movie or heard the quote needs to tell me how to type this; I haven't seen it yet)

300 has a lot of awesome and epic lines/quotes.
