    i can trade you a hayley's pikachu, UT mattle ho-oh(can you clone and send the copy or original back thx), and EV'd bronzong for your shiny rayquaza, shiny giratina, and shiny lvl. 32 deoxys
    Edit: i don't have the hayley pikachu anymore. so ill just excluded wanting the shiny deoxys

    sorry. i forgot to mention that the brongzong is also a shiny. its not a lvl 100 but it is EV'd though
