A Walrein/Lapras could take down 4 or 5 of these pokemon by itself. 3 ice weaknesses, 2 ground and Blastoise. i'm really getting annoyed by people failing to see that after 31 pages of debating, that we can all be overruled like this.
Plus your Blastoise' Ev's don't make sense, neather 130 or 126 are dividable by four, 128 is. This is not a team that belongs in the best team thread.

Anyways, I havn't read much of the latest stuff but it seems that Starmie throughout this whole entire thread has been brought up over and over again. I think I'm beginning to see why and overlook the OU problem. I think Starmie needs to be put into consideration, we do need the speed.

I forgot, Did we give Metagross Thunder Punch, and we're running Aura Sphere on Togekiss right?

I think if we get starmie, we need to get rid of togekiss because togekiss is our current rapid spinner. I think you guys keep going in circles. Try this.

Garchomp, Blissey/milotic, Foretress/tangrowth, starmie/gengar, Bronzong, Infernape(getting rid of pesky skarmbliss or blissgrowth)[my new combo for blissey and tangrowth]so that is what I think you guys should go with. It would take at least 5 pokemon to be super effective on all of those and the right trainer using them could make them deadly.

Um.. Togekiss isn't our Rapid Spinner, it can't even learn it. I think Starmie opens up alot of options. And Ooka, you've been in this thread awhile, I don't think anyone really wants to just start over like that.

Gengar's another Suggestion. I think it we're looking for Speed Aerodactyl deserves some recognition.

Other pokemon that learn Rapid Spin are:
Hitmon's
Cloyster
Sandslash
Donphan
Torkaol
Armaldo
Tentacruel
Foreterss
Blastoise

Just figured I'd post a list because I was getting tired of referring.

I meant to type special sweeper, not rapid spinner, and you guys just keep going in circles. I hate watching it because you finally settle dwon with one pokemon and the next second you get rid of it. There is no ultimate team. The one I suggested is the best one I have found from all of my studying and I just brought it up so that hopfully you guys can quit making all of these huge circles.

Ya i've mentioned this before, but it doesn't mean its not fun to try, plus its not a giant circle, we've managed to hold onto Metagross and Milotic from the beginning.:pirate:

here is something no one has thought of for a wall, vaporeon=acid armor=baton pass=espeon=calm mind=bolt beam blissey=unbeatable wall.

Problem with the multi-Baton Passing strategy is Skarmory laughs at it.

You know what? Claydol stays. It has nice stat cept for HP which is okay by me. It knows a variety of moves and two awesome immunites. To ground and electric moves.

Lets just tally in votes and try to approve this team. I do relize we cant make the best team though. but the combination of this team makes it the most versatile. Keyword being in the combination.

I vote to keep Claydol. Everyone hates his low HP, but get over it. Its still awesome.

Well I think it's time I retire from this thread. I see it going nowhere and maybe someday in the distant future someone can pm me the final team.

Well we are deciding on the final pending team. I do not know why there is so much hostility to Claydol now. I like him because of versatlity. No one gave a hoot about Dusknoir for quite a while until he was brought out recently and ousted by Claydol because it did more. Both Claydol and Dusknoir suffer low HP anyways.

Id like to stick Starmie in but it disturbs the teams balance quite alot. I'm not saying it wouldnt work but it would thus require us to redo the team again.

These six Pokemon have a role and I'd say they fit quite well with each other. Any Pokemon can fail miserably if not played right. So I'd like Claydol to stay. Sure the team is a tad slow but we are bulky and tanky.

So the finalized version of this team will hopefully be....

-Metagross = Physical Sweeper
-Milotic = Bulky Water/Sub-special sweeper
-Togekiss = Annoyer/Sub-special sweeper
-Cradily = Sponge/Possibly dual-wall
-Claydol = Rapid Spinner/Wall
-Ludicolo = Drainer/Tank

Sorry ooka if you feel this is going nowhere because this is a team effort and it is by majority and reasoning. Vainz asked us to vote on this current prototype an it has my stamp of approval. Once we get this done we can just review movesets and see if everything is finalized.

Thats why there are counter moves liek stone edge to take out ice pokemons.

and my bad for the blastoise, misscalculation.

OK do you have a grudge on just, not double posting?

Ok, that is the team we are going to use. I dont feel like keep on doing this, so we are going to start here. I hope you arnt really going ooka. We have the team now. We are not going to change it...most likely. Lets start working on movsets. By the way if you want to change the current team, than you better have a freaking good reason for it.

I will stay if we aren't changing the team anymore, that's the whole reason I left. Well I have some movesets as soon as I gt the team.

why cradily? cradily fails... its attack stat is way too weak that even if it sets up its defense it really won't be able to do very much. It can switch in to take hits but it's going to have to switch out eventually. The team looks okay it's just that ludicolo and cradily aren't the best wall/tanks. I'm all for BL/UU since I hate using OU's all the time but for walling purposes those two aren't going to cut it. Ludicolo was one of the best special walls in 3rd gen but with moves like airslash, sludge bomb being special now, it's not that good anymore. Its defense is still as weak as ever.

Gah I understand where you are coming from but it seems most of us are growing weary and I just wanted to get this over with. It has been over 30 pages or debating. >.<

I just relized something? What happened to Garchomp?
