Almost every NU Pokemon. There's no way an NU Pokemon will become OU. Except maybe Charizard. That's OU when not using in competitive.

For the Queen, a pretty and glamorous Gardevoir. For a president, probably Arcanine, who is very loyal and trustworthy imo!

I think Mewtwo. He's ruthless and terrifying, so he'd be a good boss and able to make the decisions that would benefit the corporation most. Plus, psychic powerzzzz.
