I have a question: when do you guys want to restart this thread? By restarting, we have that annoying reclaim period and then it frees up a lot of bishies that people don't want anymore. =x I wanna do it every six months or so, and that's coming up soon. So to get to the point:

Should the thread be restarted early November or should I wait until the new year?
