Overall, I thought this was an alright chapter.
Kubo has been developing the Sternritter fair enough.
I just hope he doesn't waste it by killing them off in a single chapter a piece.
The ending was the type of Kubo cliffhanger tease I hate.

I read it as they're both getting dressed as he splits. I guess that would be clearer in the anime, like Mayuri 'fixing' Nemu was.

My initial guess of what her letter stands for still fits.

I laughed when I read this on the Bleach wiki...

"Following the Vandenreich's retreat from Soul Society, Bambietta is present when Yhwach appoints Uryū Ishida his successor, an announcement that shocks her. Soon after, she orders a male subordinate to accompany her to her room, under the pretense of "doing it". However, in her room she vertically bisects the man, killing him. Four of her fellow female Stern Ritter enter the room, chastising her for her habit of killing attractive men when she is annoyed. When they start to bicker amongst themselves, Bambietta tells them to shut up, as she is worried about the future of Vandenreich."

Mangastream's translation didn't give that specific context, at least from Bambietta's side.
It'll be interesting to see Viz's official translation.

I thought this chapter was a nice little sidetrack to see what everyone else is up to.
The ending was quite cryptic though...
I like how Mizuro is always observant, he's quite intelligent.

She will be 'the ecstasy' meaning that post was all wrong. The SS are actually planning to use that lesbian girl that likes Orihime to beat her. Remember that filler episode where she beat that Arrancar chick with the power of rape?

Awful series like Fairy Tail coming out with something like 6 chapters in 2 weeks and not awful ones like Bleach and One Piece having all these breaks. I guess if it means the final chapters are better then it'll be worth it.

SS Voidswapped whilst the head tactical commander is away talking to some high school students. Not the best start to his reign.

That 'in 5 days time the soul society will be annihilated by the vsndenreich' warning seems to be about to happen. He spent one day in the healing sauna, 3 days with renji down and the swords guy, the next morning with his dad and then the afternoon getting his sword done. so that sounds about right.

I wonder what Ichigo's new power would do to the world. I wonder if it'd be like his old one making those close to him spiritually aware but on a world scale. They could eventually end up with another Quincy type situation if that happened.

Keigo is Aizen.
Tatsuki is a Vandenreich spy.

So the ominous warning was for naught. There was no outcome where they wouldn't be able to see him at all.

I wonder if the soul tickets are capable of transporting one to SS by oneself, or if they're means to contact SS to establish a gate.

Oh damn, bye Seiretei. Must mean all the peeps in there are gone now. I presume they're taken hostage.
Certainly, this makes Ichigo and co. (as well as the captain commander) being elsewhere quite convenient.

The tale was that he would CONQUER the world.
Yet the big bad himself says it will END the world.

He himself views his conquest of the world as an end to it? Couldn't he have tried to be more believable as a villain?

I got this info from translations of a message in the manga, by Mangastream (posted on July 16th).
I've also confirmed this from Viz's translation of the same message.

Yeah, even the Viz translation isn't very clear on meaning Yhwach's words.

What is also not real clear is what just happened to the Seireitei.
I'm guessing that either, the Vandenreich's base has appeared next to the Seireitei, or that the Vandenreich has use a technique similar to Tenkai Kecchu that Urahara made to replace Karakura Town with FKT.
The later of which doesn't really make sense to me.

Quincies were in the shadows the whole time. I can dig it.

Oh boy, we Kyoraku/Ukitake super speshul type Zan now. I wonder if that means anything about those guys.

So shadows are a Quincy thing. Kyoraku's power involves shadows and he dual wields. Ichigo is part Quincy and he dual wields. Ukitake's ability of absorbing and releasing reishi attacks could be easily mad out to be of Quincy origin. That would leave Hisagi, well I'm not sure about him yet.

Also that Ichigo face on the front page, I wonder if that means we have "five ambulances" Ichigo now and not the one that has been in an emo coma for the last 6 years.

They've been existing in a slightly different dimension in the Soul Society for a millennium.
But of course Mayrui figured it out, and created a ridiculous solution that only benefited himself. :p
