Anyways, I went over at the local EB store (wait not local, it was tons far away).
And bought EX: TRR packs. Of course, I wanted the Theme deck too, so I bought the James theme deck and 3 boosters.
And well, other from the theme deck, i got Dark Electrode, Dark Magneton *now i have 2, due to theme deck*, Dark Marowak. Geez. No holo. *dies* But I guess it was good enough for a first go. The reform of my collection of cards. *i have no ADV holos at the moment except for Dark Dragonite which was default* And okok i'll stop talking. :P

Bought some FR/LG- 4 boosters. Pulled two Pidgeots. I also received Butterfree. Maybe I should make a Butterbyss deck? Butterfree/Gorebyss

My cousin has Pidgeot he got from a theme deck i think. Since I dont think hes that lucky to whip out a Pidgeot on his Trainer Kit booster.
I now have Dark Gyaradoes and and Dark Sandlash. Woohoo for me. Even though I STILL have no holos. *dies*

I have 4 pidgeots now and I haven't even bought the precon. Although I need to since I want that charmander coin.

Well, my sister and my mother bought me 5 booster Team Rocket Returns and a Word Championship deck!! Cool! She'll be back at two to four hours! When they'll be back I'll tell the cards of boosters! (I hope I will find Mewtwo EX)

i got a 3 pack of rocket cards but the shinies were lame ledba flaffery and another one but i did get a dark dragoinar and dragonite ^_^ and tyranitar

Those worlds decks are pretty neat. I faced first hand what most of them are. Pokemunna was the dragonair the evolutionary light powered one or the normal? I bought some R/S and pulled 2 Magmar ex's out of 6 packs!

I wonder if it's possible to pull out 2 ex's in one pack. one as the regular rare, and one has reverse holo. In fact it may be possible to pull three. in sandstorm packs the ex replaces a common, and get one with rare, and reverse holo. That would be cool.

My friend got two of the same rare in one pack by accident (there were 10 cards) lucky guy...

It isn't possible to get reverse foil ex's cause they always come the same way in the set. Only the normal rares can come reverse foil along with of course the commons and uncommons. It is possible to get the same rare in the pack like you said reverse and one normal. Being a judge in my state for pre-releases I know the in's and out's of the packs. It is also possible to get a ex and the new shining pokemon in the same pack, but not two ex's to answer your curiosity.
For packs myself, I opened 43 of them from the newest set, so I think I have a BIG list. I'll do alittle at a time though. Deoxy's ex (defence) and Deoxy's ex (attack). Not bad at all, but the attack form is better.
