The Booster Pack Thread

But some booster holos are rare - for example: my Sanstorm Cradily. Why do most rares have to be the good cards? Example: the Cradily from Sandstorm.
 
Yeah. Yar right at that.
Bit to see if a card is rare, ya have to look at it's rarity symbol, either if its Reverse or Not ^^;
 
Its spelled *your* And I don't get a reverse-holo in every pack?
 
yesterday i was with my cousin and he buyed a booster and it haved to foil cards it was a manectric and a gardevoir.
 
You need to improve your spelling, bass sp. Anyway, foil cards DO NOT come in every pack, either you get a holo rare or a reverse holo, that has always been the rule.
 
Oh ok. That's cool. I will remember that rule when I open packs from now on.

I bought the last 2 ex Dragon at my cardshop today, here's what I got.....

1st Pack:

Not so good of packs except for Vibrava. I have the full set now: Trapinch>Vibrava>Flygon

Except for the LeafGreen deck (I'll put my High Pressure System card into it), I got a EX: FR/LG pack, because I'd like to get the Venusaur EX.

Poliwag - Not too bad basic!
Meowth - Funny card.
Caterpie - No, thanks.
Squirtle - Not THAT bad.
Spearow - Scary picture!
Holo Diglett - A bad, common holo.
Hypno - Good for a sleeping deck.
Metapod - It can do damage!
Pokemon Reversal - Useful if your defending Pokemon has a big retreat cost.

I reaaly like the LeafGreen deck. After I play around with it, I'll be sure to net mess around with FireRed! The Rattatas will go. And I'll put a Parasect in.
 
Well I got four EX Fire Red/Leaf Green yesterday..pretty happy
I pulled a Venosaur Ex and Gyarados Ex, there ok just happy to get em.
 
Whoah! I wish I had a Venusaur EX for my 'Leaf Thunder' deck. At least it has that Beedrill.
 
I just bought a EX: Team Magma vs. Team Aqua Booster recently. I can't remember what the other cards were but I pulled out a Holo Jirachi (96/95 I think). Then I bought a pack of Hidden Legends and pulled out a Reverse Holo Exploud (with FOUR attacks). I got pretty lucky that day.
 
Which Booster set is it that contains that Ultra rare Groudon card?

And I love my Jirachi and Dark Celebi cards ^_^

Here's what I found out (what pack(s) the Groudon card is in).

Groudon EX Promo Card- Magazine (This isn't holo. Just thought I'd add it since it was Groudon. Don't know what magazine though.

i dont buy alot of cards anymore. the last time i got some was about 2 weeks ago. i saw this deck with latios and latias in it. it had some other cards in it(nothing worth mentioning) and also came with a booster. i got ampharos EX.
 
X_X Ampharos ex..Im cursed with those..I got 5 of those..lucky I dont buy that set to much anymore.
 
The last pack i bought i dont remember what i got except for my fav.card so far Typhlosion EX.i was in shock cause i said i was going to get it.
 
How long ago was that? Sandstorm has been out quite awhile.
 
I detest gettin EX: Dragon boosters as I keep gettin Rare Magnetons, Ninjasks, Flygons, Girafarigs and Shelgons!!! I have aat least 10 of each already and barely any rare-holos! I have all the EXes though, including 3 Latios, Latias, Rayqauza EX! ^_^

I am now buying, buying and insanely buying these EX sets: Ruby and Sapphire, FireRed & LeafGreen and Sandstorm. I really need to find a EB that has A LOT of Hidden Legends boosters, R&S boosters though. I wouldn't mind buying 20 packs of Team Aqua VS Magma too! O_O
