You're right. their alot more rare. You'll find alot more around the end of the game. And keep your Dosing machine out

Let's see... I found (in the wild) several shinies Gen II, no shinies Gen III, and one shiny Gen IV. Yeah, I see myself getting a shiny in B/W anytime soon.
