395. lol Fridley. I have an aunt that used to work in the public works department there It's a nice place to live if you can get used to the snow and the cold.

I'm interested in hearing what college you're considering. I could tell you what to expect from the city/town it's in/near and whether you'd be able to take a bus to any anime cons in the Twin Cities. most college towns in Minnesota have buses that run weekly and sometimes daily to and from Minneapolis and Saint Paul because that's where the major airport is and where most of their students come from

St. Olaf. Even though I heard it's one of the best music schools around, I'd probably go there for something else, but still play in the band or something. 'Course, becoming a music major is my foolproof "if all else fails" plan.
 
395. A few of my high school teachers went there. That's a bigger college town for Minnesota (and it's got two colleges iirc), and it's maybe an hour to an hour and a half from the Minneapolis-Saint Paul airport. Anime Detour has been held in a hotel near this airport the last few years, and is the largest anime-only con in the area as far as I'm aware.
