I'll write you up for a Pocket Watch next time I get on the computer. I told myself no more prince changes or major rule changes after the tournament started and I'm going to have to stick by it and learn from it so I can make changes next time. Think of the low price as a strategy will you exhaust your points on reviving your boxed pokes and more time to get to the finish, or will you screw over your opponets?

Yeah, that's okay I guess. no worries, we can always do different stuff for different games.

Day 1 Start:
Starting balance: 0 Points

So, I started up, named myself Myrrh, rival is JD for this one :o
Got a Squirtle, which I named S (added Squirtle to dex, +2)
Did Oak's questiequest.
Went up and picked up a few Pokeballs.
Caught Nidoran F, Rattata, Nidoran M, and Spearow (+8)
Picked up hidden Potion in Viridian City. (+5)
Picked up hidden Potion in Viridian Forest. (+5)
Defeated all trainers in Pewter Gym (+5)
Headed east and began taking on trainers, stopped after the Lass facing west w/ Rattata and Nidoran M.

Ending Team (only listing the ones that I'll be using, the rest are just for points):

Squirtle (S): Lv. 13
Nidoran M (M): Lv. 13

Ending Points: 25

Also, I'm using a stopwatch today, don't know if I tell you that now or when my 30 minutes are up. If I tell you that later, then in about half an hour I'm using a stopwatch. I'll save the game at 1:00 and then play for another 30 minutes just in case, not exactly sure how I'm supposed to do this, but I'm sure it won't matter.

If you receive an item on Day 2 you can't use it til the next day. So yeah you can use the stop watch since you bought it yesterday.

For freeze frame when you use it you'll just have to make a post as soon as possible saying "hey I will use freeze frame on JDtheBud" and hope his not playing the game when you make the post.

For this reason before you guys start your game I want you to look at the forum, which you should be doing anyways since the next day doesn't start til I say it does, to make sure no one used any items on you.

I was at least trying to get Pikachu to lv. 10 so I could work on Rattata to prepare for Brock, since I really didn't have any other options with the types I choose

When that took up all my time I went through the forest and did some capturing

Caterpie (+2)
Pidgey (+2)

I beat the whole 1 trainer in Brock's Gym (+5)

Sadly I haven't beat Brock yet I spent my half an hour losing twice but I should take care of it tomorrow...

Just sucks cause it could be dealt with if I could afford potions
but there wasn't enough trainers to defeat to afford potions
so I don't know maybe I just need to level up more

Ended: 1:04 at Pewter Pokecenter

Hmmmm Myhrrr if I didn't know any better I'd think you are getting that charm cause you fear me. Good learn to fear me :D (even though everyone knows JD is totally going to get freeze framed later)

-Head on to battle Jigglypuff Girl! Half Way through Time Runs out! I didn't know what to do, so i killed her off, and saved the game...Sorry if that breaks any rules because i dont know what to do in that situation .-.

well, I say that's an idea for next time, but if that was a rule, the duration and price would need to be changed. not for this game, though XD.

I did make the change if you see the shop it says the protection charm is in use. I'm afraid if all you big wigs play it safe and all buy protection charms like Myrhaman did wisely the excitement of items will be taken away.

Next game I do plan on making the price higher and making it last maybe 2-3 days instead of five. It just woulda been rude to make that decision while someone was using it. So I thought this was the best choice.

Yeah, I think shorten the time that it lasts. I mean, I'm assuming that I'll have enough for at least a stopwatch a day, so I'll be playing an hour a day. With that, I'm also assuming it won't take me more than 5 days to catch Mewtwo. I'm thinking 2-3 days is good. Probably 2.

I found no wild pokemon in the forest at all!

I managed to get poisoned 5 times in half an hour, Squirtle fainted twicw whilst walking into the Poke centre as well, Rattata saved the day!

Well here's my second day progress. I used a Pocket Watch so I get an hour of time today.

Day 2:

• Caught Spearow.
• Bought Magikarp, then went through Mt. Moon.
• Found: TM12, Rare Candy, TM01, Moon Stone x2 (1 hidden).
• Exited Mt. Moon.
• Found: Great Ball (hidden), TM04.
• Entered Cerulean City.
• Found: Rare Candy (hidden).
• Went north of Cerulean and beat xxx, my rival.
• BEat Nugget Bridge and got a Nugget.
• Found: TM45, TM19.
• Beat all trainers in Cerulean Gym.
• Beat Misty with Nidoking and Wartortle.
• Beat the Grunt and got TM28.
• Traded Spearow for Farfetch'd.
• Saved in the SS Anne.

End Day 2.

Points: Start (5) + Pokedex (6x2=12) + TMs (6x5=30) + Items (2x5 + 2x10 + 10 =40) + Hidden Items (3x5=15) + Gym Clear (5) + Magikarp (10) = 117.

I'll get another Pocket Watch for tommorow, Laure.

And I also think the watch should be a lottery only item as well. An hour is a long time to sit down anyway, lol. Maybe the charm should be for 2 days? And no one can buy it again right away. you have to wait for double the time (so if the charm lasts for 2 days, you have to wait 2 more days before you can buy it again. If someone else gets it, tough luck.).
