The Order of Arceus has failed due to several factors. I'm done trying to create my own clan because I can't get it right.

Can i join The Clan. If I am allowed to join I will be active and loyal to The Clan.

As far as this Recruiter business is concerned. Anyone can recruit whoever they want. But the CURRENT recruiters will do the testing. I will be testing everyone personally myself really soon when i get my game up to speed.

This has changed so much. I mean COME ON! I am so ticked right now this clan is almost at its end. I.........I will think about going away from the clan. But I can't deal with this. I wish Okami was back.
 
yea, i have not been that active lately. I'm still gonna poke my handsom head in everyday and if someone challenges me, I'll be more than happy too oblige.

However, because i am involved with CoD4 and Warhawk, not to mention work, i wont be as active. I will give my AIM address to you guys, and my Yahoo address. Send me IM's send me e-mails. You guys are my friends. Nice to be here.

I agree with this. Rudeness is unspeakably ugly to me, and arrogance isn't far behind it. The fact is, we all start somewhere. Before I got into competitive battling, I used to have a Magneton with Secret Power. That says something, eh?

The Clan isn't a place where the best of the best reside. If you want a place where arrogant elites hang out, go to Smogon (not saying anything bad about Smogon, since I go there myself from time to time, but a majority of the people have a "better than you" aura).

That said, if someone in the Clan comes across a so called "noob", don't say "You can't be in the Clan". Instead, say, "You're not ready for the Clan because..." and explain the faults in their technique. Let them learn from you, and tell them to try again. As the old saying goes, practice makes perfect, and Pokemon battling is no different. I once got a 39 on a Chemistry exam; big stupid mistakes on my part (for example, I cubed 2.22 and got something like 3.48; I still have no idea what the hell I did XD). But my teacher didn't say, "You're a failure, drop this course, pick a new major." instead, he just corrected me, and I refined my technique.

My point being, there are no bad battlers; there can be inexperienced battlers, but no "bad" battlers. The average lifespan of a healthy human is about 80-90 years in this day and age, and I'm sure that's enough time to get better at battling.

All this aside, now that NoS is back, I would like to retain my position in the Clan.

Well said Richard....and yeah considering I'm grounded and can't be on as much I also would like you to be a recruiter considering I'm the only active one at the moment.

It's hard for me to test battle people when they are on because of this for me as well but if someone wants a test battle PM ME. It'll make everything easier.

What you said reminded me of the Clan academy we once had. Maybe we should remake that. For people who do not pass a testers requirement should be put into the Clan academy and let into the Clan as a member once they pass their mentores standards. So they could be like a clan member in training. Just an idea. I also would like to say that I volunteer to run/mentor if Nos likes this idea ^.^
 
Uh... About the recruiter thing...

Since they aren't really any at this moment (With Loto now grounded) maybe I can do the job for a while (even if I'm not one, I can still test people, just in case...)

And the clan academy idea should be brought back. Good idea, Xairmo

I think we should like get rid of the whole recruiter thing. I think we should all just be testers. I mean there are time differences and so many other factors to take into account, so it maybe impossible for recruiters/testers to test people. Plus some, if not all as of now, arent extremely active. I mean no offense to our current recruiters you're doing great but I just think it would be much more logical if we could all test. I mean some person comes in and want sto join but no recruiters are on but virtually everyone else is...yeah thats my two cents on the matter >.<
 
That's what I'm talking about. Any member being able to test people, and no matter what, they'll be members. (True member or in training) and those in training, once we help them, be tested by their mentors. Nice idea, in my opinion. Oh and Xairmo... it's World King. W. King is my in-game name (Due to the 7-letter limit.)
 
I have a better idea why don't we have more active recruiters instead. I'm on all the time and even though I'm grounded I can still sneak on a lot. I have a computer and laptop what the hell are my parents gonna do?

but really the only current active recruiter I see is me. =/
 
I stil stand by my idea. Theres always at least one member on, so it would be logical if we could all test so anytime someone wants to join we have someone there. Think of it like a store. Someone comes into buy something and you say oh I cant use the register cuz thats not my job, thats so and so's job but he isnt here.
EDIT: its much better for business if theres always at least one person there to work/test/etc
