I'm going to start out by saying I recently got into dark poetry. So for now, so I'm not sure if it's poetic enough or not.

    Here we go~.

    The Colorless Ribbon

One of these days...I'll give it to you.

    That colorless ribbon.

The ribbon symbolizes my love for you...

But why can't I give it to you?

Is it because I'm scared of what you will think?

Or just know you'll hate me for it?

But this ribbon will solve everything...

Why? Why can't I bring myself to give it to you?!

    I hate myself!

    -----------------------------------------------

    I know, it's short...but that's all I wrote on my notepad. ;;

I'm not sure if it's dark enough or if it's good or not... what do you think?

    I like it a lot!
It portrays the situation well, and honestly, this is what poetry should be.

I did somewhat question the line that 'the ribbon will solve everything', but besides that the topic itself is all right and the colourless ribbon giving dilemma an interesting one. I wouldn't have minded to have seen some more emotions shown from it besides frustration at not bing 'able' to give the ribbon on that not, as it did seem a touch too short due to the lack of that.

Also there was this minor mistake here:
But why can't I give it you?
give it to you, I think.
