A question to people who are reading this:

Should I make every city and gym accessible from the beginning, save for Indigo Plateu/E4?
Beggining town is Serebi Town which is the one in the middle.
The tiny thing next to Serebi Town is Mew's Isle, and I'm thinking of making a Suikun Temple / Village. Not sure.
