Meanwhile, yesterday I downloaded both MelonDS and Pokemon Renegade Platinum, and started to play any Pokemon game after very long time! It was refreshing to see the game after a long while.

This time I started with Turtwig, because I had never used it, and had always used Empoleon mostly, and Infernape on 3-4 occasions; let's see how it turns out.

Isn't that one of the "difficulty hacks" that just boil down to grinding all the time?

It is difficulty hack for sure, but it doesn't digs deep into grinding as in the case of finding shiny or breeding the Pokemon. The major advantages are the fact that all 493 Pokemon are available in it, hence it is complete. And then, as you said, the battles there are harder, as all Gym Leaders have 6 Pokemon, and all of them have coverage moves to counter the types against weak their type is weak.

And it is much better for odd playstyle which I have, where I don't catch more than 10-15 Pokemon irrespective of games, hence all of my Pokemon don't need specialized grinding !!

I had only finished the first gym, and I already have 4 Pokemon(with 4th being Giratina which I will get later on), hence I will be highly selective about which two Pokemon will fill the remaining slot. If I manage to find the decent ones, then I will not catch any other Pokemon.

I mainly just spam them to evolve Pokemon I've either shiny bred or just to power level a Pokemon to level 100 so that I can use it for raids.
During the playthrough itself I don't really use them. My team just gets high level by catching everything for the dex and fighting every trainer in sight for money.

im not the biggest fan of rom hacks, i don't wanna get attached to fakemon that will never be official :(

Not all ROM hacks have fake Pokemon. Instead most are either based on imagination of developers where they make a custom region, their own storyline, own leaders, but Pokemon remain the same, and other possibility is something which is called "Enhancement Version", which are based on exact same original games, but have higher difficulty curve, and also have all Pokemon accessible in wild without the need of getting the event.

For example, in Pokemon Platinum, Arceus is locked behind the Nintendo's event which happened in 2010. But in Pokemon Renegade Platinum which I am playing, I can get Arceus in the post game without going into the hassles for finding the one, yet the entire storyline is unaltered, which is good thing. The other Enhancement Version which I will replay again in future are Sacred Gold, Blaze Black and Volt White 2. They all do the same thing; make the battles harder plus make all Pokemon till their generation available to catch without the need of event ticket.

I refuse to put any time into grinding in unofficial Pokemon games for that very reason. I'm not gonna waste hours grinding stuff for something that I can't toss into Bank/Home etc and use somewhere else.

I'm also not interested at all in increasing the difficulty. Pokemon is not a game meant to be played for a challenge imo.

I don't do Pokemon HOME stuffs, because I don't feel the need of it as I cannot use the transferred Pokemon at all. And whenever I do, then I use Pokemon GO to transfer the Pokemon there, so that I can get Meltan/Melmetal. And I like difficulty hacks because I like to do something which challenges my thinking and gameplay, and I enjoy that kind of grinding. Plus I don't have the skills to grind for Shiny Pokemon and breeding the Pokemon, because I am incapable of doing that and it feels lethargic to me.

I came into Pokemon by watching Ash Ketchum, hence Pokemon battles are the aspect which appeals me the most !!

I'd argue that in the anime the exploration aspect takes a bigger role than the battling aspect.

I won't deny or counter your ideas because you are my senior, hence will consider it as a different way at looking the same concept !!

But these lines amazed me back when I was kid and saw Pokémon for first time:

I want to be the very best,
Like no one ever was.
To catch them is my real test,
To train them is my cause!
.
.
.

Every challenge along the way,
With courage I will face!
I will battle every day,
To claim my rightful place!

Come with me, the time is right,
There's no better team!
Arm in arm, we'll win the fight,
It's always been our dream!

And this song was dubbed into our language hence it was easy to understand what it means. And this gave me interest into watching the show, and mostly liked battles there, rather than what the story is happening.
