I need to shut my mind up somehow when I'm trying to sleep. It keeps on making me sad by telling me that I don't know myself and that I'm going to end up alone and that the next 50 years of my life will pass me by before I even realize it. And that's not even the half of it! D; IT'S SO MEAN! ;~; I can usually shut it up by making myself exhausted by staying up until I feel like I'm gonna collapse from exhaustion, but that's not good for my health. My mind really needs distractions or it goes all pessimistic. D;
