MKV Player 2, Quick Time Player, and Windows Media Player should be all you need for any video. :D

193775. It must have been the quality of the file you got. .mkv works just fine in MKV Player as long as it downloads properly and isn't a corrupt file to begin with.

Sadly, I think one of the animes I got from that... guy at school doesn't work. Not on VLC that is there's another program that plays MKV files?

193778. I personally use a freeware one called MKV Player 2.0. It's amazingly reliable, at least for me. And it plays FLV files, too.
