I do use it, but I do not focus my whole attention on it. I just don't think that CSS makes a good signature. It helps, but... I don't know. It's becoming way too common to see all those fancy effects in the signatures.
All the CSS I have in my sig is the rounded corners and the shadowing. No more than that.
