LOL...I've taken Spanish for nearly 5+ years. I've done Spanish 1, Spanish 2, Spanish 3, AP Spanish, and I'll have to take yet another collegiate Spanish class soon enough (collegiate "Spanish 102"). T_T Technically, I even took Spanish1A back in elementary school, but it didn't transfer properly so I had to restart with Spanish 1 in 8th grade anyway. Aside from the muchos conjugaciones, ortografía, y gramática, Spanish is OK...but why couldn't I learn Japanese or Latin instead? T_T

Muchas. "Conjugaciones" is a feminine noun so the adjective must be feminine as well (hello I want to work writing stuff for Spanish media).

If you didn't fix it, yo lo hubiera hecho .

Hello, I am also fluent in Spanish. Where are ya from bro? :0

201830. isn't the spanish in spain a lot different than the spanish in other countries, especially mexico?

Well, "a lot". Americans say weird stuff like "gotten" or ignore the u in colour, the Aussies I know say "definately" instead of definitely, etc. American Spanish is an evolution of the 15th Century Spanish, as it is the Europen Spanish, it's just that the distance made them evolve in a different way in both continents.

The slang is different and some words are used there and not here and the other way around, but you should be able to talk to a Spanish speaker with no problems at all as long as you stick to the basic speech. That's why the Royal Academy of Spanish keeps trying to unify the rules and grammar (although people don't really enjoy the changes... heh).

201831. I wish I speak 3 languages. But boo me, I only speak 2. And both are my mother tongue.
