I remember when I loved the number 1337. These days, it just makes me smile. XD
1337 reminds me of w00t, which reminds me of reading my old LJ entries. I was a n00b back then. >: Sometimes I even said w00t as w007. *shame*

Almost close -- nayana_1120. :x It shall forever stand as testament of my n00b days. I'm too lazy to change my e-mail (it's my Hotmail) or my LJ name.
Interestingly enough, I just kind of sort of changed Nay's name today. So now even that's outdated.

I used to use a lot of w00t. And smilies. And LOLs. And actions in asterisks. It's pretty embarrassing to look at. I think the worst was reading about me reporting stuff at SPPF's sprite lounge. I wanted to be a mod so bad back then, I reported little things. I thought I'd get modded someday. Of course I wasn't. I'm glad I didn't -- I didn't deserve it then.

Then again, I can hardly read what I said as a mod sometimes, too.

EDIT @ Erica: I didn't really use 1337 that much, either, just a word here or there. If I used more than that, it was a joke. XD;

What was the name of the member that made you think about the quality of your posts? I know he used to be a Super Moderator, as you said in that PokèCommunity goals thread and that he said he was leaving because of the horrific posts being made on the forum.

As for w00t and 1337? No. I don't use stuff like that. I don't believe I've ever used anything like that. Not even lol, I just say, "I laughed at that," or whatever.

But it does annoy me when someone talks on MSN to me like that. >_>;;

Especially my cousin. She has to put multiple letters in words that only has single letters. D;
 
I've never used 1337; if I remember correctly, I've used woot a couple of times. XD
 
I only use 1337 when I'm not being serious, or imitating a n00b. I can't stand it otherwise.

I take back what I said in my earlier post, I only use words such as w00t and 1337 so I can make fun of n00bs.
 
I've never used to term "l337" and probably never will. I've used "woot" before, but to show amazement or excitement, but I rarely use it with numbers. If using numbers will give it the same exact character count, you might as well use the letters.
 
I only use that kind of language when I'm joking around with friends, both IRL and online. I'm always stunned when people use that language, like, seriously. D:
 
lol I have no idea what l337 means but I've seen it around before. Wouldn't think of using it though..

I've been tempted to used woot before.. but never have xD

Woot is awesome. ^_~ Its a classic mix of "OMG" and "YAY!" although I have not said it in like a year. XD so, WOOT.
 
I never say 1337, and I've gotten out of my w00t phase. But now, I tend to say "Whee~". XD

Well, I don't tend to use l33t or 1337, neither woot. :3 But I do use a lot of smilies, which are :3 and :P.

I used to use smileys a lot in 05 when I was the biggest loser in the world. Now I just use the keyboard ones:
0_o, O_O, ;_;, ;-;, XD (Is the one I use most), XP, :x, D:, =D, D=.
