Not really... BUT, people can always change.

They could be noobs for a week and become a popular, well liked member the next.

Too bad most of us here don't share your idealistic outlook on Internet people. It's pretty hard to shake off first impressions, especially if they're negative.

It has happened though.

I'm not really sure with who has changed, but I think that it is probable that at least one person at PC could be named. And afterall, one person can make a difference... somehow.

People popping in and saying random things in the DCC isn't going to make it more active. The DCC is like all threads, the activity goes up and down. Some days it gets a page or two, others it doesn't get a post for 2 days. But filling it up with people going "Wow.... my butt itches!

OMG really? Then scratch it?!"

Well... maybe not that bad but you get my point. XD

Amen to that... PC is already full of n00bs who doesn't read the rules, who doesn't respect the Staff and other members, thinks doing whatever they want is ok... I mean look at the D/P forum *points to all the stupid people in there* Prime example!

Oh dear God... we have enough popular n00bs as is... and a n00b is still a n00b.
Now a newbie on the other hand... well they are open to learn and might become good members they will change. But n00bs... PC has enough.

No. Considering both are new. A noob will always be a noob, no matter how long they've been here.

A newbie will mature and grow and lern 2 spel. I've never seen a noob go from a noob to a newbie. They pretty much retain that level of intelligence.

Some noobs are funny, but others are the "i wil kil u" ones that..really disturb people. :/

And I know I'd prefer not being threatened, even if it means not getting a few extra laughs that I can get from mature members.
 
Yeah, but they're never serious.

The sex-related ones are funniest.
 
o_o; Yes, because all the female members of PC love being sexually harassed.

PC gets enough attention as is. There's probably ten noobs for every newbie nowadays. XD;
 
I think it's the other way around now, although I don't visit all parts of the forums as I did in the past. o.o
 
I mean, not in that way...

As in the the person with a "theori".

They may be funny to you, but what about the people who have to deal with noobs on a daily basis? D:

They're kind of annoying, imo. Perhaps lulzworthy for a couple of seconds, but that dies eventually. :/

Most of PC's n00bs hangs around the D/P forum, and I believe the ROMs forum. Every now and then you'll get one trying to get out from the flock and post some stupid thread in some other forum. But them two forums are n00b central.

Also … PC on youtube… seems like an "interesting" video.

And let me make this simple for everyone here: I'm not.

1. N00bs spam. Spam, as in, posting inappropriate threads, posting the wrong type of posts, and posting for no reason.

2. N00bs argue. By argue, I mean, argue about everything. No matter what it is.

3. N00bs generally are in love with pokemon.

4. N00bs have a lack of care for others/have no emotions or feelings.

5. N00bs are only basically at forums for people to hate them/ruin the forum.

... there are more reasons, but those are the basic ones.

Concluding, I am not a n00b. kthx.
