Woah to the sleeping disorder kids. I'd do anything to wake up at five or six without trying. I usually get to school an hour or so before it starts, so I have to wake up uber early. Sucksalot ;/
 
I usually wake up at 11:30 am anyways now, and go to sleep around 2 am in the morning, which I don't like but I deal with it anyways.
 
I've been going to bed at around 4:30 - 5:00 and setting my alarm for 11:30 every morning... except weekends. :x

My parents think I'm the responsible one of my sister and me, so on weekends they'll let me sleep in as late as I want since I'm always awake before 12:00, but she sleeps until like.. 2:00. Weekends I stay up until I can't stay awake any longer. XD
 
That is a bit too long, a person only needs 6 hours to function through the day.
I say that but I used to sleep for 15 hours a day. xD
 
How does one sleep that long? When I have more than 6 I'm usually worthless through the day. I'm more tired than I am when I have little to no sleep.
 
My feet get tired quite quickly… so I lay down most of the time I go anywhere… even when I was studying.
 
If I get more than 8 hours of sleep, I'm sluggish for the first few hours of the day but I perk up right through the evening and into the night. x_x; Like now. Got way too much sleep yesterday and now it's 4:30 and I'm not tired. Hopefully I won't blow off all my classes by accident and do it again. I have a tendency to sleep through my alarm these days--haha, my suitemate must HATE me when I do that. :C

Maybe because you're getting low quality sleep? Your used to that six or so hours. I'm no expert, but getting seven to eight hours of sleep is what I'm trying to get these days, seems to be the right amount. It's kinda ironic we're talking about sleep, I've had to look into it the past couple of nights to try and fix my terrible sleep, patterns, etc. At least I'm getting around eight hours lately. XD "Sleep under six or over nine isn't healthy" from sites I've read. o.o (Like this)

Oh my 15 hours o_O

My perfetc time to spend asleep is around 8 hours, invariably. The most annoying thing is that, on school days, I got to sleep 7 hours and a half, and I always woke up uber-tired, while in weekends I wake up half an hour later perfectly good.

And, I can't sleep longer than that. Even if I try. No way. As soon as I wake up, I can't go back to sleep again.
 
I try to get 8 hours sleep a night which is 10pm - 6am, and I get up at half six but Im not normally asleep until like 11.

Its awful getting up on school mornings because you're always so comfy and its warm and cosy, Plus you can sleep for ages where as on weekeneds and holidays I can get up super quick, which is annoying.
 
Dude, my sleep patterns are all effed up. In the past 3 nights I've probably gotten a total of maybe...9 hours of sleep? Yeah, it's that bad xD;

I have this habbit of never getting any sleep on weeknights (during the school-year, at least), then sleeping through the entire weekend. Yeah, there have been times when I've slept through an entire 24hours before ._.

Right now since we're on summer break, I've gotten into the habit of getting to bed probably around 2 or 3 AM each night, then getting up at around 9 AM the next morning. Better than what it used to be, but I'm still running partially off heavy doses of caffine throughout the day :'D

My best is about 12 hours, 7pm - 7am the next morning. I always sleep loads when Im Ill but its often disturbed sleep.

If I have too much sleep I get ill and then I sleep more xD

Its weird but it sorts itself out, My body is weird like that, like I still can't get to sleep on christmas eve, even though I know no-one is coming down the chimley.

That's exactly what happens to me.

The most hours of sleep that I have gotten is probably like 14 hours max.
 
Hm...I don't know the longest solid block of sleep I've had...but I think it would likely either be when I had the stomach flu or meningitis. I get sick and sleep like a log. Otherwise, I like to sleep, but I'll wake up for a bit after a while, then maybe go back to sleep.

But, since rehearsals have started, I'm going to have to try very hard to get some more sleep. Scheduling. Bah.
 
I sleep on average... 6 or 7 hours. :/ Not the best sleep, but then again, I've never really slept for long periods of time, even when I was younger. I can't even sleep during the day, or take naps or any of that. Once I'm up, I'm up for the entire day. :x

At least you are getting sleep. I'm pulling all-nighters nowadays, and I don't really force myself to. I just can't get to sleep anymore. D:

On average, I get an hour of sleep. Sometimes 4-6 if I'm really tired, but that happens rarely. I can't take naps during the day either, with the exception of having trips while in a car for several hours. :>
 
Ah, I never even thought about napping during car rides when I last posted. XD; That's pretty much all I do during car rides, sleep and listen to my iPod. I can't concentrate on anything else, so that's all I really can do. XD
 
I had to read that twice, I thought you actually ment you slept while driving. xD
