From what I recall it's not a bad film - the parody's of it are, of course, better. :D

They're both good for different reasons.
George Clooney = slicker and has more attractive actors. XD;
Rat Pack = better script and more singing. >:O

Well normal stuff. HSchool...More HW...Essay due Wed. =/ Boring. D=

I have my Computer final exam in an hour. Blehh. Then I spend all day tomorrow studying (I might...stop to play Animal Crossing and/or Spore, haha) and then two finals on Wednesday. Then I'm fa-reeeeeeeeeeeee.

'Cept I'm working and Christmas shopping Thursday/Friday. Eff.

I finished my school term on Friday.
And I didn't do an awful lot today. I did however catch up on my readingz. :D

You couldn't be what? O.o";

Lol wtf. Again I was looking for the number XD

I finish school on friday nao. Long time to go... several days ;_;

I hate the fact the books got massive towards the end. It was the same with the Twilight series - I can't be bothered to read long books. D;

It always feels great to finish school. I'm looking forward to Christmas. ♥

The last week we didn't do anything. We just watched films and played games. And sang Christmas carols. :D

I've only had to watch one movie for English class -- Freshman year, for A Midsummer Night's Dream. I don't remember much about the actual lessons on it, just that I ended up writing about subliminal descriptions via costume choices for my free response. Which I learned working at the theatre, not in school. My teacher liked it, though.

Back in Global Studies, I think it was, we were required to watch at least one documentary a month and write a report on it. That was interesting. I don't remember what they were all on, but sometimes it was really weird, like "The History of Ice Cream."

Movies are really common in science and social studies classes, but they're pretty rare any of my other classes. MSND aside, they've all been informative/educational, though. I hear a lot of people watch movies in other languages to learn them? I wish we did that. I wish we also still had Spanish III, too. :|

My last of school is next Tuesday. New York is always late when it comes to vacation. I mean, the day before Christmas Eve? C'mon! At least we finish testing this week.

I finished the day before Angela, on the 10th. Now I'm free until mid-January. :D

But alas, the bus drivers in Ottawa are on strike, so people are stuck. So I now have to walk or take a cab, and the latter is too expensive. While I don't mind walking, it'll mean I won't be able to go as far as I had hoped. >_<

And the strike is messing with people who still have exams. I read in the paper that one girl had to spend $50 to get a taxi to take her to write her final. And I know a friend of mine who had to take a cab to school. I was one of the lucky few in walking distance from school though, heh. ^^

Winter break kind of loses all meaning when you're homeschooled ._.;

Doesn't it? At least you'll finish the entire school year before other people, at least!

---

I don't really know what strike you're talking about, but that really sucks on the timing for exams. Ouch!
