Britney is everywhere lately, and I think it is very over the top. I heard some of the new album and it just doesn't sound to good. It isn't really my type of music in all honesty. There are a few that I like that are more popy style but this album just doesn't interest me.
 
I only found out she had a new album and song when I saw her mime on the X factor. I don't think I have never seen her not mime. I am sure somewhere in all them concerts she has done one live concert.
 
Taste in music is a tough subject. I'm the indie type, I detest ultracommercial albums, lightly dressed women dancing to rappin gangstas and just like, moaning out their songs. Now and then there can come some decent hit from that, but I prefer bands playing. With real talents. Or if they're lone artists and not a band, they could at least write their music themselves. Music is about expressing things after all, no?
Sure you can get big and famous just by having a great voice, or looking good, but that's not things I value above creativity.

But it's a tough subject, and everyone's views are different.
 
I'm an alternative rock guy, myself. I agree with that, most artists need natural talent instead of a sound room with nice effects.

With that said, I listen to a lot of stuff. Not rap for the most part (unless it's like, songs making fun of rap), but anything from 80s rock/pop to techno.

I've also never listened to caramelldansen until two days ago. If it was in my iTunes..it'd have been played 33 times since. XD Oh, i know we said post count doesn't matter but WOO seven-hundo!
