That looks pretty good. I know that with IVs, 31 is the best, so I can say that it is good. What IV checker do you use? I might check my Ruby Ho-oh against it. Things may have changed since then, but I do remember it having near-perfect IVs and I should also see all my other Pokemon's IVs.

Most people spam Action Replay to check IVs, iirc. 8D; TwilightBlade also linked me this site a while back; it might be useful, might not. I haven't checked it out. XD

I use Action Replay for DSi to check it's IVs, since I can. It's not even mine, I just wanted a Smeargle so I could breed egg moves to an Emolga. ^_^

If you're asking what's with my obsession with Smeargle, then it's because a lot of Pokemon are in the Ground Egg Group, so bred with Smeargle, they can get a lot of Egg Move combinations. :)

Actually its still not viable, even with Shell Smash.

How can it run a defensive set when its weak to the most common types in the game (Fighting, Ground, Water) and is also Stealth Rock weak .-.

But it resists Flying, Bug, Normal, Fire and other types that fill NU.
