It's not really a big difference from the stereotypical anime art style. And besides, both of your other examples are from Key. XD

About the anime, I just finished watching Death Note (yes, I know, is from a few years ago) so I'm taking a slight break.

Ooo, how did you like it?

I'm trying to break my record for watching the amount of anime I did last summer, which is probably impossible. I finished 60 series last summer (b'-')b
 
It's great, I'm way too strict with the anime, I like it to have several points that I consider essential, and Death Note accomplished all.
Now, as I take my break from anime, I'm thinking what will be the next to watch.

Ah, Death Note. It's a brilliant masterpiece.
You should read Death Note: Another Note, if you like light novels and enjoyed Death Note. It's what I'm reading atm.

Yes, I know, is an excellent novel. There is only one small problem: here in Mexico is almost impossible to find these pieces.

Maybe I can help, what kind of anime are you interested in? Any specific genres? Or are you looking for something similar to Death Note?

I'm thinking about going back to basics, swords, magic, etc.
Long time sice i see an anime like that. What do you recommend?
